At ROOLEE, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand if something isn't quite right. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that clearance items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, including the packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
